The system is intended for creating payment requests and their further conformance, approval and execution by corresponding responsible persons and company management.
The system provides the following functionality:

• Payment currency option with the automatic conversion by the current exchange rate (external reference book “Currency” is required) to two additional currency types according to selection
• Customizable business process: inclusion or exclusion of review stages, as well as of each stage of assigning a responsible employee;
• Deadline control of the payment request conformance process at different stages;
• Request discussion mechanism by process participants by means of hierarchical comments;
• Full control over the conformance process and its participants by the system secretaries;
• Notification system for process participants;
• MS Excel reports.

The system is intended for creating requests for the budget funds transfer between different budget items of an enterprise and a further conformance, approval and execution of requests by responsible persons and company management.

Currently this system is used by all foreign acquired companies of the VimpelCom Group for automation of the Lotus Notes/Domino application support.

The system is intended for storing and searching for collected data (methods of resolving typical problems, system configurations, etc.) with categorization. It works in combination with the “Incident processing support” system.

The system implements the model of version control for project artifacts, from business task documentation up to user documentation and the system distributive. It supports the following roles of project participants with the corresponding Workflow:

• Manager: a project leader;
• Developer: any employee with the right to create project artifacts: a software specialist, a business analyst, a system analyst, an architect, etc.;
• Tester;
• System administrator: performs the system distributive deployment.

The system offers the following functionality:

• Each artifact and assembly is moved by a flexible and customizable process, for example: Assembly composition > Assembly testing > Final assembly release > Delivery to Business Customer, Distributive deployment in productive environment, Resolution of possible abnormal situations with deployment
• Support of the check-in/check-out model at the modification of project artifact versions with saving previous versions; support of branching artifact versions
• Notification system for process participants;

The system is intended for verification and conformance of contracts by responsible persons and company management. It can also be used for automation of document workflow with a large number of participants, including the ones at remote locations.

The system offers the following functionality:

• Control of the contract parameters input, based on its type
• Automatic count (list definition) of participants of the contract verification and conformance process for every stage, based on contract parameters
• Contract movement according to a defined workflow through stages with a different set of participants
• Deadline control of the contract conformance process at different stages
• Contract discussion mechanism by process participants by means of hierarchical comments;
• Ability to manually add experts to a contract that have not been counted automatically

The system is intended for conforming a large number of various document types that differ by form fields and conformance workflow. It can also be used for automation of document workflow with a large number of participants, including the ones at remote locations.

The system offers the following functionality:

• Creation of document forms for conformance with a number of customizable fields up to 20;
• Each field may have one of six pre-defined data types;
• It is possible to define the edit, view, verification conditions for each field, depending on a stage or other parameters;
• The document workflow may be defined with 17 predefined stages;
• It is possible to define its own participants and persons for receiving notifications for each stage;
• It is possible to define the conformance type for every stage: sequential, parallel and parallel by first visa;
• All settings, described above, are stored in templates, the number of which may be as many as you wish. A document is created from a template and inherits all its settings.

The system is intended for team work of marketing specialists of various levels, for example, the creation, study and distribution of marketing initiatives in a company, as well as the analysis of marketing initiatives of competitor companies. The system formalizes the notion “marketing initiative” and the system of marketing initiative estimates for the mobile communication market.
